GENERAL:

1. Fees paid shall also include GST (18%) .

2. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THE PAID FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.

3. When a student joins post 10th of any month, the fee will be collected in advance for the subsequent month as well.
4. All classes will ONLY be in English. No regional language will be supported in a group class.
5. Chess Gurukul has to right to publish the students name and photo in its social media platform in case of any achievements done by the kid.

AGE CRITERIA:


Group classes: more than 7 years & less than 15 years
One-on-One: >5.5 years


Group Classes:
1. Group Classes are taken with a minimum 12 to 15 kids.
2. Please ensure good connectivity of Internet
3. ALL STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO KEEP THE CAMERA TURNED ON DURING THE WHOLE OF THE SESSION
4. NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY CLASSES MISSED BY THE KIDS
5. The minimum age for a group class is >7 years but <15 years.
6. Demo classes for Group sessions are not possible.
7. In a month, there will be only 8 classes and when there are more week days, such classes will be skipped and information will be shared in advance.
8. For offline classes, CG shall decide to conduct few sessions in online mode due to circumstances (like weather, maintenance in the academy etc.,) and such information will also be shared in WhatsApp groups.

One-on-One Classes:
1. Video should be turned on for whole of the class the same is mandatory.

2. In case of class cancellation, the coach should be informed well in advance, if the same is not done such classes will be considered as taken and no compensation shall be conducted for the same.
3. Only paid demo session is available for 1-1 classes. Demo will be one full class of 1 hour (60 minutes).
